Ingredients to prepare Pomfret Fry Method Blend all ingredients and make a paste. Marinate the paste on the fish very well. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry fish in a medium heat until both sides crispy and without breaking . Serve hot and enjoy:-)
