Hi Friends..I am Rani Vijoo, from Singapore but originated from “Our God’s Own Country”,Kerala, India. I love to cook since I was young. My first experience in cooking was from my grandmother. She was a great cook but I couldn’t get much cooking experience from her because she passed away when I was young 🙁 Still I learned cooking from my mother even though she did not allow me to cook in her Kitchen because she was afraid that I might take the limelight away from her 😉 😀 But I seriously started my cooking experiences and innovations after marriage, when I came to Singapore. With the help and support of my husband , in-laws, friends and relatives I try to improve my cooking skills. With the opinions from my friends and well wishers, I decided to share my kitchen experiences to the world through this blog.  I am sure, I enjoy the whole experience and learning process with my blog, especially from you friends and supporters love and warm reception. “Pick me up” again and again, giving me your constructive feedback always.I will try to give you my best 🙂

“There is no love sincerer than the love of food.”

About Recipes and Photos from Rani’s Kitchen Magic

All the recipes in Rani’s Kitchen Magic  have been tried and tested in my magic kitchen and these recipes are most of from my family, some from my friends, cookbooks, TV shows and other cookery blogs etc. Being a Malayalee and kerala food lover, the great  part of  recipes are from our God’s Own Country Kerala (is a state in South India) and at the same time I love to experience and share other continental recipes too.

All of the photographs are taken and edited by me. Most of the pictures are done in our home. I use a Panasonic DMC-GF6KK 16MP  Digital Camera with Lens. When I started my blogging career, I realized my interest and love for photography and food presentation. For the recipes, I have posted the step by step method pictures, hope it helps you to prepare dishes easily. Your valuable comments and feed backs will keep me motivated so if you try any of my recipes, please share your experience, suggestions, comments, feedback etc.  You can also follow and support me on Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tumbler, Flicker etc..
