Fruits provides a variety of vitamins, minerals and a good amount of fiber. Daily consumption of fruit juice helps us combat diseases and provide us an extra energy. Method For Healthy and Fresh Mixed Fruit Juice
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or fruit juicer.
2. Strain it.
3. serve immediate with ice or not. Enjoy and stay healthy 🙂
