Noodles With Prawns

Ingredient Quantity Notes
Maggie Noodles 4 packets Use Just Noodles
Prawns 250 Gram Peeled and cleaned
Big onion 1 (medium size) Sliced Finely
Ginger A small Piece Chopped Finely
Garlic 4 Cloves Chopped Finely
Carrot 1(medium size) Sliced Finely
French Beans 8 Numbers Sliced Finely
Cabbage 100 Gram Sliced Finely
Green Chilly 2 Chopped Finely
Chilly Powder 1 Tablespoon
Pepper Powder 1 Teaspoon
Chilly Sauce 1 Teaspoon
Tomato Sauce 1 Teaspoon
Soya Sauce 2 Tablespoon
Oyster Sauce 1 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Water 6 cups
Salt As Per Your Taste
Coriander Leaf For Garnishing Purpose


1. Heat water in a sauce pan. Add some salt and oil. Bring it to boil. When boiled add noodles. Cook few minutes. When noodles cooked strain it and rinse with running water (tap water). Keep aside.

2. Heat oil in a medium size frying woke. Add garlic, ginger and onion and fry  well. When its golden brown, add vegetables and salt for vegetables. Fry 2 to 3 minutes.

3. Add spices and sauces. Mix and fry well. Add prawns and fry 3 minutes in a high flame.

4. When fried well, Add cooked noodles and Mix well. If its sticky, sprinkle some oil and fry continuously .

5. When the noodles, vegetables and prawns are mix well with spices sauces turn off the heat and garnish with coriander leaf. Serve hot and enjoy 🙂

Soya sauce contains salt so careful when adding salt.

I normally use only noodles and discard the flavorings in the packet.If you need, add 1 packet for flavor but reduce salt
