Ingredients to prepare Pomfret Fry

Pomfret | 1(medium size) | clean and make some diagonal slits |
Chilly Powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
Turmeric Powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Pepper Powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Ginger | Small Pieces | |
Garlic | 2 Cloves | |
Shallots | 2 Numbers | |
Curry Leaves | Some | |
Besan flour/ kadalla podi | 1 Tablespoon | |
Oil | For frying | |
Salt | As per your taste |
Method
Blend all ingredients and make a paste. Marinate the paste on the fish very well. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry fish in a medium heat until both sides crispy and without breaking . Serve hot and enjoy:-)
