Ingredients to prepare Pomfret Fry

Ingredient Quantity Notes
Pomfret 1(medium size) clean and make some diagonal slits
Chilly Powder 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Ginger Small Pieces
Garlic 2 Cloves
Shallots 2 Numbers
Curry Leaves Some
Besan flour/ kadalla podi 1 Tablespoon
Oil For frying
Salt As per your taste

Method

Blend all ingredients and make a paste. Marinate the paste on the fish very well. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry fish in a medium heat until both sides crispy and without breaking . Serve hot and enjoy:-)
