Prawn Masala Fry or Konju/Chemeen Masala Puratti Varuthathu is a tasty and aromatic seafood delicacy from Kerala, India. It is very favorable recipe for my home members.
You know that I have a lot Kerala traditional Prawn Recipes in my website. Yes! From my childhood I love to consume prawn and fish items in curry or fry forms. So my mom always gives me a bit more preference over my other sisters during the serving time. π Sometimes without any feeling she offers her portion to me, for fulfill my greed. Poor mom! She sacrifice so much for me.
Time flies, now I am a mother of two and I want to cook and serve for my kids too. Unfortunately they are not like me in character, they only fall in love with seafood fried items so that I can’t share my prawn and fish curry with them π but most of the time I only get a single piece prawn fry π or fried fish’s bone part etc. π Poor me! how to face this worse situation? π I have to hold on in order to survive π “Panni Pashuvin paalil thane kitti” alle? π Hmmm I don’t think so π from as a daughter, daughter in law and a mother I learned that “a real mother is someone she puts her child above their own selfish needs and wants, without any feelings” π So love and treat your children as per their taste. Here is kerala style yummy Prawn masala fry recipe, try and enjoy the treat with your kids. π
