|Sweet and fleshy Mango||1 Medium Size||Remove Skin and dice|
|Yogurt||1/2 Cup||Thick and Smooth|
|Fresh Milk||1/4 Cup||Chilled|
|Sugar||As per your Taste|
|Chopped Mango pieces||Few||For garnishing|
|Cardamom Powder||A pinch||For garnishing|
|Ice Cubes||As per your need and taste.|
Method For Mango Lassi light and thin in texture
• Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
• Blend and make a smooth form.
• Serve immediately with or without ice cubes and enjoy!
You can use low fat milk and yogurt also, it is very healthy.
