How to make Mango Lassi light and thin in texture?

It is a nutritious and healthy drink yet very easy to prepare in your home. It is a combination of fresh and sweet mangoes, thick creamy yogurt, cardamom powder, sugar and water. Normally in Mango Lassi thick in texture and highlight with mango and yogurt flavor. In this recipe with the help of water and fresh milk we are able to mask yogurt’s strong smell and taste. Ingredients For light and thin Mango Lassi

Ingredient Quantity Notes
Sweet and fleshy Mango 1 Medium Size Remove Skin and dice
Yogurt 1/2 Cup Thick and Smooth
Fresh Milk 1/4 Cup Chilled
Water 1/4 Cup Chilled
Cardamom 2 Crushed
Sugar As per your Taste
Chopped Mango pieces Few For garnishing
Cardamom Powder A pinch For garnishing
Ice Cubes As per your need and taste.

Method For Mango Lassi light and thin in texture

MANGO LASSI METHOD (640x480)

• Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

• Blend and make a smooth form.

• Serve immediately with or without ice cubes and enjoy!

You can use low fat milk and yogurt also, it is very healthy.
