Method For Making Roasted Cumin Seed Powder

1. Heat a frying pan.Place Cumin seeds and a pinch of salt. Fry until it is crispy and golden brown.


2. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

3. Grind and make a fine powder Form. Keep in a air-tight container and use as per your need.

Do not keep Roasted Cumin Seed Powedr more than 3 months.It may loose its fragrance and taste.
