Ingredients For Pizza Base

Method For Pizza Base
• Dissolve yeast and sugar in a warm water in a large bowl and sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour.
• Cover and keep the bowl in a warm place for 10 to 15 minutes for forthy or raising yeast.
• When raised well, add flour and salt. Mix and combine with your hand, make a soft dough. Use extra flour accordingly as per required.
• Place dough on a lightly floured hard surface and knead again with your hands for 10 to 15 minutes.
• When it’s soft, keep it in a lightly oiled bowl.
• Cover with a clean cloth and keep in a warm place for next 1 hour approximately.
• When raised well or doubled in size, make a big ball and place in a lightly floured Flattened tray.
• Roll out into a large circle evenly.
• Use your finger and make a border on the edges evenly.
• Your pizza Base is ready!
• Spread and top with your desirable Sauce and ingredients.
• Bake and cook at 220 degree Celsius (425 degree F/gas 7 ) for 15 minutes approximately. (Watch and cook until the base is crispy and toppings are melted with cheese.You should know about your oven’s temperature, different ovens are different in temperature.)
• Serve immediately and enjoy!
