|Fresh Pomegranate Pearls||1 Cup||Collect the pearls without its white skin|
|Cucumber||1 Cup||Chopped finely|
|Thick and chilled Yogurt||1 Cup||whisk and soft|
|Ginger||1 Tablespoon||Chopped Finely|

Method For Pomegranate Cucumber Raita/Salad
• In a mixing bowl, place yogurt, pomegranate pearls, chopped cucumber, chopped ginger and salt to taste.
• Combine and mix. Done!!! Our refreshing, healthy and crunchy Raita/Salad is ready!
• Serve immediately or chilled with some pomegranate seeds on top. Enjoy!
