Fresh Pomegranate Pearls 1 Cup Collect the pearls without its white skin
Cucumber 1 Cup Chopped finely
Thick and chilled Yogurt 1 Cup whisk and soft
Ginger 1 Tablespoon Chopped Finely
Salt To taste
Pomegranate Pearls 1 Tablespoon For Garnishing

Method For Pomegranate Cucumber Raita/Salad

• In a mixing bowl, place yogurt, pomegranate pearls, chopped cucumber, chopped ginger and salt to taste.
• Combine and mix. Done!!! Our refreshing, healthy and crunchy Raita/Salad is ready!
• Serve immediately or chilled with some pomegranate seeds on top. Enjoy!
