|Yogurt||1 Cup||Smooth and Whisked|
|Onion||1 Medium Size||Skinned and Chopped Finely|
|Tomato||1 Medium Size||Chopped Finely|
|Cucumber||1 Small Sized||Chopped Finely|
|Green Chilly||1 or 2||Chopped Finely|
|Chopped Coriander leaves||1 Table Spoon|
|Salt||As per your taste|
Method Mixed Vegetable Raita/ Indian Salad with Mixed Vegetables and Yogurt/ Salad For Biriyani and Pulav
• In a mixing bowl, place chopped vegetables and coriander leaves.
• Add whisked yogurt and salt to taste.
• Combine well.
• Serve immediately with Biriyani, Pulav, Chappathi etc enjoy 🙂
