Ingredients For Garlic Bread Slices

Ingredient Quantity Notes
Bread Pieces 9 Slices I used white bread slices in this recipe.
Garlic 8 to 10 Crushed
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Egg While From 1 Egg Beaten

Method For Garlic Bread Slices

1. Crush the garlic in a mortar and pestle or blender.
2. Add soft butter and egg white.Mix and make a paste form.
3. Spread the mixture to the bread pieces using a butter knife.
4. Grill or toast until the bread slices are crispy and golden brown. Serve hot with soups, stews, spaghetti or pasta and enjoy 🙂
