|Cocktail Sausage||300g||Choose your desirable flavour|
|Onion||1 Medium Size||Skinned and Chopped Finely|
|Curry leaves||6 to 8 Leaves|
|Red Chilli Powder||1 Teaspoon||Adjust as per your taste|
|Black Pepper Powder||½ Teaspoon|
|Turmeric Powder||¼ Teaspoon|
|Garam Masala/ Indian Spice mix Powder||½ Teaspoon|
|Tomato Sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Soya Sauce||½ Teaspoon|
Method For Cocktail Sausage Masala Recipe (Indian Style)
• Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onion and curry leaves, fry until light brown.
• Add cocktail sausages.
• Add spices and sauces.
• Mix and combine well.
• Cover and cook sausage masala for 8 to 10 minutes in a low heat.
• Uncover and sauté until all sausages are well coated with masala.
• Serve hot as a starter /appetizer/ finger food or as a side dish with boiled rice or noodles. Enjoy 🙂
