Cocktail Sausage Masala Recipe (Indian Style)

Cocktail Sausage Masala is a spicy and yummy Indian style sausage preparation. It is an easy and tasty starter/appetizer/finger food, well goes with hot drinks/beverages. It is also a great side dish with meals.Hope it is a good recipe for bachelor cooks 🙂

Cocktail Sausage 300g Choose your desirable flavour
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Onion 1 Medium Size Skinned and Chopped Finely
Curry leaves 6 to 8 Leaves
Red Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoon Adjust as per your taste
Black Pepper Powder ½ Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder ¼ Teaspoon
Garam Masala/ Indian Spice mix Powder ½ Teaspoon
Tomato Sauce 1 Teaspoon
Soya Sauce ½ Teaspoon

Method For Cocktail Sausage Masala Recipe (Indian Style)

• Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onion and curry leaves, fry until light brown.
• Add cocktail sausages.
• Add spices and sauces.
• Mix and combine well.
• Cover and cook sausage masala for 8 to 10 minutes in a low heat.
• Uncover and sauté until all sausages are well coated with masala.
• Serve hot as a starter /appetizer/ finger food or as a side dish with boiled rice or noodles. Enjoy 🙂

    Yummy, yummy and yummy. I love this recipe so much. I have made my version something similar with sausages, this one is really tempting. Tq, maybe I want to try with potatoes as a veg dish tomorrow.
