Garam Masala/ Indian Spice mix Powder | ½ Teaspoon | |
Tomato Sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
Soya Sauce | ½ Teaspoon |
Method For Cocktail Sausage Masala Recipe (Indian Style)
• Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onion and curry leaves, fry until light brown.
• Add cocktail sausages.
• Add spices and sauces.
• Mix and combine well.
• Cover and cook sausage masala for 8 to 10 minutes in a low heat.
• Uncover and sauté until all sausages are well coated with masala.
• Serve hot as a starter /appetizer/ finger food or as a side dish with boiled rice or noodles. Enjoy 🙂

Yummy, yummy and yummy. I love this recipe so much. I have made my version something similar with sausages, this one is really tempting. Tq, maybe I want to try with potatoes as a veg dish tomorrow.
