Tartar sauce is a tasty and creamy, mayonnaise based sauce. It is a good dip for seafood fries or dishes like crispy fish balls, calamari, fish fillet, fish fingers, fish cutlets etc. You can make tartar sauce in your home with your desirable ingredients like boiled eggs, spices, pickled vegetables etc. In this recipe I used mayonnaise, shallots, pickled gherkin or cucumber, pickled olives, green chilly, lemon juice, salt and pepper. In my kitchen I prepare tartar sauce frequently because this is a finger licking sauce for my kids and they clear my sauce bowl with in a minute 😉 Yes! 🙂 Make a try; you can also experience that Magic 🙂 Here is the yummy recipe with a full platter of Crispy Fish balls.
